RECOMMENDED USES
This product is formulated with a specialty acrylic
latex polymer designed for excellent alkali resistance, wet
adhesion and rapid developing hardness that are prime requirements
for concrete floor coatings. The gloss transitional temperature
of our latex used in this floor stain gives this product good
block resistance, adhesion, exterior durability and surface
hardness. USP-4100 stain is excellent for use on concrete
floors, pool decks and driveways.
USP-4100 can be used on walkways, and stamped concrete.

DIRECTIONS
NEW SURFACES
Must be clean and dry before applying. Allow 4 hours
drying time before 2nd coat. Dry overnight before foot
traffic. Dry 48 hours for vehicular traffic.
OLD SURFACES
Must be completely clean and dry. Free from grease,
dirt, loose paint, fungus and chalky condition. Dry
overnight before traffic foot.
APPLICATION
Stir contents of can to a smooth consistency and apply with
brush, roller or spray equipment. Clean application
tools with soap and water after each use. Paint only
when temperature is 50-F or higher.
