DESCRIPTION
A quality flat finish roof paint.  Made from the finest raw material that is formulated for exceptional durability even under the severest weathering conditions.  PRO-MIX renders excellent performance on all exteriors roof surfaces.  It seals, protects, and leaves a brilliant white finish to reflect heat and save energy.  This product contains a high degree of mildew additives to help combat the mildew growth so prevalent in humid and sub-tropical climates.

SURFACE APPLICATION
The roof to be coated must be free of all foreign matter such as dirt, mildew, flaking paint, chalk, or loose gravel.  Roof surface should be thoroughly cleaned by using professional type high-pressure water cleaner, f followed by mildew killer solution if mildew was prevalent.  Loose paint or chalk that does not rinse off should be sealed with USP Masonry Sealer before coating with PRO-MIX .  All tile joints, broken tile, loose roof paper or visible cracks or holes should be caulked with USP-440 FLEX-LOK can be applied with a putty knife, using pressure to obtain complete contact, large cracks, holes and joints may require the use of fiberglass membrane.  If so, apply a heavy coat of FLEX-LOK with a broad putty knife, over the full length of the crack (about 2” wider than the fiberglass membrane).
